I could not be more proud to be a part of the Flix Brewhouse team! What makes the future of Flix so exciting is that we can actively participate in bringing a concept so amazing and unique to life across the nation! There is a spirit and soul to Flix that is one-of-a-kind. When I first heard about Flix Brewhouse opening in Albuquerque, I was stoked! Not only were we the first, but also the only cinema in America that brews its own craft beer! How cool is that? I knew immediately I was destined to be a part of this team and I had to get in. Since doing so, I have not looked back. I see a future that is incredibly bright for everyone that is a part of the Flix Brewhouse family. The sky’s the limit for this organization. Everything that this company believes and stands for, is something that I will never find working at any other job! It is amazing to say every day that I truly love my job and everything that comes with it. I have the honor and privilege of helping bring our vision and purpose to life each day in our community.
Not only do I love my job, I also love the opportunity to help change people’s lives! To be a leader within the Flix organization is truly a blessing. I love watching and helping team members blossom and develop. It is probably the part of the gig that I love most. We will be opening several locations within the next few years and I could not be more excited to watch our brand continue to grow and develop. The camaraderie in this organization from the top down is unique in so many ways. I can honestly say that there is not a job in the world that I would rather do. Flix is more than a professional career for me, it is a lifestyle.
In the short time that I have had the honor of being a part of the team, I have watched the company grow in many ways. I have seen how much of a “growth” company we truly are. Watching team members develop and get promoted is something that brings value to my life that is immeasurable. It is amazing to see the culture that we have created and the path that we are moving on. The glow that our guests and team members have when they walk into our cinema is incredibly refreshing. It is one thing to enjoy your job, however, it is entirely another to say that I believe and take pride in all of the ideals that the company has set as its goals. I love this business and all of its challenges. In this industry, there is never a dull moment and I find that to be super exciting. I cannot wait to see what my future holds with this company. I know that if I continue to work hard, it will be truly special. I am looking forward to watching the Flix family grow as we collectively spread our brand like wildfire!
