Flix Brewhouse’s core values of respect, excellence, achievement, and teamwork align with my own. What is always most important to me is creating a place where individuals can come together as a team, with a desire to work together to accomplish GREATness.
Training and developing people has always been a passion of mine and Flix has afforded me the opportunity to make a career out of doing what I love! Every day I am able to coach and develop team members whom I respect. I receive such a sense of fulfillment as I witness both their personal growth and professional successes. Flix Brewhouse makes me feel truly appreciated and I love passing that same degree of appreciation on to our team members.
There is a great deal of opportunity to grow with Flix Brewhouse. It is exciting to be a part of a dynamic company that is so rapidly expanding. At Flix, our purpose is to create and share happiness through great people and the fact that we will be known for the happiness we bring to communities nationwide is a constant motivator. It is clear to me that the company understands that, in the words of Shawn Achor, happiness inspires productivity. I am completely aware that every person I hire may someday rise to management or beyond. We each have a unique opportunity to rise to our full potential through the training, programs and initiatives that the Company has created to make sure we get there. Working for a company that is growing in the right direction and which takes care of its employees, makes every day more enjoyable.
Why am I excited for the future of Flix? I am a part of a culture that is phenomenal, an environment that is extremely empowering and a company whose core values align with mine. Coming to Flix was truly one of the single best decisions I have ever made. It is an absolute honor to be able to contribute to what Flix has created and to be a part of what Flix will become.
